“My love of new construction began with my own home…”
KRISTIN HILBERG
My love of new construction began with my own home, built back in 1992 on a piece of land next to the home I grew up in. My husband and I moved in with my parents and watched the home evolve daily from a wooded lot to the finished product. I still live in my “new construction home”; sure, it’s 30 years old but it still feels like that was yesterday!
I went on to get my real estate license in 2005 and developed the remaining 29 acres of my family’s land into a small subdivision named Hilberg Lane, it was an incredible learning experience that sparked my decision to sell new construction. I joined Keller Williams Boston North West in 2007, and I’m honored to be one of the top 50 individual KW Realtors in a company of 180,000 agents.
A little bit about my background: I attended UMASS Amherst as an undergrad and then UMASS Lowell to earn a Master’s degree in Education. Prior to staying home to raise my two children, I taught 5thgrade and Kindergarten. I like to joke that the various skills needed to shepherd children successfully through a school day are the same to get a client from contract to closing!
Now I’m a full time Realtor and a grandmother of three. I spend my spare time playing with my grandchildren, hiking with my dog, gardening and visiting Wellfleet to enjoy as many sunsets and as much seafood as I can. What’s next for me? I love listening to live storytelling such as The Muse and one day hope to join those artists on stage to tell my own stories.
My team and I are looking forward to working with you, we’re going to have fun!
